  a BIG thank you to Mona Lisa Florist for doing an absolute wonderful job on my wedding flowers. When a friend told me about her wonderful work and service they provided, I was eager to try them out so when my wedding day was planned I went straight to her. They handled my requests and wants professionally and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. i am very grateful for the sufficient service that i received.   Today my day was ruined from this so called 'floristry' i recieved little amount of flowers and mostly foliage, they were extremely rude to me and will NEVER have my service again. One star for the rip off.

  The worst service ever....in person and on the phone. Flowers were disguised to look full but when i got home it was all foliage. Disgusting customer service.....good luck with that attitude. Its a wonder why you moved location. You have lost my business and will be telling all my family and friends who live close by to the florist . You don't even deserve half a star
